Open the Mitel Connect application on your device. Here you will log in with your Mitel username and password (if you do not know this information, please submit a ticket to the Help Desk).

In the Server field put 'voicemail.concord.edu'.

Once logged in press the three dots next to your name and number to reveal this dropdown, then press Settings, then on the next menu press Primary Assignment.

In this menu press the radio button to change Desk Phone to External Number. Here you can add a label (such as 'Cell') and then add the number you would like your calls to be forwarded to, then press Add.

The dropdown that reads 'Press 1 to connect' by default makes it so that when you answer calls forwarded from your Mitel extension, you will have to press 1 on your keypad to connect the call. You may change this dropdown to 'Automatically Connect' which will cause forwarded calls to automatically connect if you answer your phone.

You can then see from the base options menu that your Primary Assignment is set to External Number. From here you may now select whether you want calls to ring your extension or be forwarded to the External Number that you just set.
