If your last name changes due to marriage, you may request the display name on your account be changed, but it is NOT recommended to change your login username or email address. Your username is your unique identifier at CU and is used on multiple systems to maintain your records and activity during your enrollment or employment. Exceptions may be made to newly enrolled students or new employees and under rare circumstances. Name change requests must start by going to the Registrar or HR office and showing legal proof of your name change.
