Issue in: Blackboard

"My Discussion forum says 'No items found', but I know classmates have posted / I have made previous post"

Cause: 

The discussion forum display settings are set to display a view that does not contain any post.

Solution:

1. Discussion forums have multiple display views. If you are unable to locate any post, try another view (Show All is recommended).
2. The display option is located in the top right corner within the discussion forum page.
