Issue in: Blackboard Learn (Original Course View)

Error: "The file I submitted for my assignment does not display in Blackboard"

Solution: 

Blackboard will accept almost all file types.

However, the inline grading feature (box view) can only read a select few (Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx), Adobe Acrobat (.pdf), Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx), and Microsoft Excel (.xls/.xlsx).

Save your file using one of the supported file types in order to view within Blackboard inline grading.

*Note*: Files that are not read by the inline grading tool will not display within Blackboard, but the attachment can still be downloaded and viewed through the appropriate program by the instructor. If you need another submission, you will need to contact your instructor.
